Esther passionate, driven, and accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience working with international retail companies. She has a strong background in sourcing, product development, creative direction, manufacturing, production, vendor relations and project management. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated expertise and dedication across all stages of the retail supply chain.

Muhammad Tufail Rajwani

Vice President of Marketing at Rajby Industries, bringing deep strategic expertise in denim and apparel manufacturing. As a seasoned denim washing expert, he has played a key role in driving business expansion, nurturing brand growth, and delivering operational excellence. With a strong focus on both the Asian and European markets, he combines industry knowledge with a forward-thinking mindset to lead impactful marketing and growth initiatives.

Sarah Adnan

Sarah is an accomplished entrepreneur at Garment Resources and serves as the Independent Director of Karachi Garment City Company. She is a former Executive Committee Member of PRGMEA and was honored with the Women Entrepreneur Award by TDAP in 2022. Alongside her professional achievements, she is also a dedicated Trustee at Safi Benevolent Trust, actively contributing to community welfare.

Rahat Hussain

A globally experienced technical expert, he brings proven leadership in Denim, Denim Washing, Garment Dyeing (Knit & Woven), Wastewater Solutions, and Laundry Business Operations. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has deep insights into AI applications in textile manufacturing, along with Google-certified knowledge. His career includes serving as General Manager – Technical at Bright Washing, Hameem Group (Bangladesh), where he led innovation in denim and garment washing. He also held the role of Group Senior General Manager at DIRD Group (Bangladesh), overseeing sustainable laundry and dyeing operations. At Epic Group (Bangladesh & Jordan), he worked as General Manager, managing multi-country operations with a focus on compliance and technical excellence. Earlier in his career, he served as a Finishing Engineer at Levi Strauss & Co., ensuring premium denim quality, and as a Wet Processing Specialist at Gap Inc., where he emphasized eco-friendly and efficient practices.
